The lovely Kirstin Harray

Vote for Kirstin
We would love to nominate Kirstin for Grabbies 08! Since early January, Kirstin began organising Samstock - an annual music festival held in Mosgiel. This year it was the weekend of Sept 26-28 and as the new director, it was a daunting task to take on. But being only 21 years old and deep in the busyness of 3rd year Art School, didn't stop her! The weekend was amazing! Droves of festival-goers turned up and there was an absolute stella line-up of international, national and local bands. The festival is such a great event for young people (and older people...everyone was there!) to attend and hear positive messages and experience a weekend full of music, fun, community. Kirstin your hard work paid off. We are sure that the festival once again made a difference in so many people's lives and they had a fantastic time. You are inspirational to us all. We would love to see Kirstin be given the opportunity to get away and have some well deserved time-off - she gave up so much of her time this year to make Samstock happen.
-Inspired friends and family

Not only has she displayed heaps of maturity, skill and ability to motivate and encourage people, but she has led the way putting in the hours of work while still full time studying. Kirstin Harray put's so much into all that she is involved in, not just Samstock but into every part of Christian life. She is truly artistic and a very talented musician and worship leader. There are great things ahead for this young lady. For her to win a seat would go someway to giving her some relaxation from a very streesful year.
