What are the grabbies?

As New Zealand’s only truly Kiwi airline, we want to show what makes us special by giving away 500 return $1 airfares to kiwis making a difference in our lives.

You can nominate or vote for those inspirational kiwis making a difference in your life and the lives of your friends and family. They may be people in your community, at work, at school, in your church or social group.

What's the prize?

The 250 inspirational kiwis who receive the most votes will earn $1 return airfares for themselves and a companion to travel within New Zealand. They can choose to travel to any of our 26 dometic destinations.

my best friend SARAH HENSON

Kia ora everyone, I would proudly like to nominate my best friend SARAH HENSON from the mighty Waikato.Sarah has recently been told by her doctors she has Rheumatoid arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis is an inflammatory illness that affects the joints and because it is "systemic" (affecting the entire body), it can affect other parts of the body as well. It is a chronic disease and may last a lifetime - at 23 years of age, this has become a huge shock for herself, family and friends. Sarah has been suffering from sore feet and hands for the past four months, which makes it very uncomfortable and painful. Sarah graduated in 2007 with her degree, and now works in Human Resources.Sarah is the most caring person I have know, and is very loving and knows how to make people feel good all the time. She has the most extraordinary spirit, and is very independent. Everyone that knows Sarah loves her company as she is always happy, bubbly and knows how to console others. Sarah is a great inspiration and role model, I look up to her as she has taught me how to love myself and others, be honest, and have respect for each other. Sarah has changed my life for the better. She would do anything for her friends and family, anytime of the day. Please consider my nomination - THANKYOU TO ALL
